Erasmus+ with Partner countries

The European Commission supports exchanges of students and professors from outside of the EU with the Westfälische Hochschule.

We have cooperations with the following institutions :

- Universitas Katolik Atma Jaya in Jakarta, Indonesia
- University of Danang, University of Economics, Vietnam

Currently, we are awaiting a confirmation of our proposal for the academic year 2020/2021.

Staff from these two universities can make use of the programme and benefit from an Erasmus+ mobility grant for Teaching (STA) or Training (STT) at the Westfälische Hochschule.

CONDITIONS :

The minimum mobility stay at the WHS is 5 days.
For Teaching mobilities 8 hours teaching is the minimum requested for a one week's stay. 

The funding : amount in EUR tbc per day (max. 14 days, then tbc EUR per day).

An extra travel contribution is funded, depending on the distance and the programme. The travel distances must be calculated by using the distance calculator.

The following forms and documents will need to be submitted, in order to be in position to make use of Erasmus+ funding:

BEFORE the start of the mobility :

  1. the form "Mobility Agreement" (INFO)
  2. the form "Grant Agreement" (INFO)

AFTER the mobility :

  1. the submission of EU online survey (INFO)

 
TRAINING MOBILITIES from outside of Europe

The following forms and documents will need to be submitted, in order to be in position to benefit from Erasmus+ funding :

INSURANCE

The participant shall have adequate insurance coverage.
